Mission
You'll take full ownership of the sales pipeline, while also helping to drive community engagement, and orchestrating outbound strategies for new product launches. By focusing on building relationships, creating scalable sales frameworks, and sharing frontline insights across teams, you'll play a key role in contributing to our 3x YoY growth, ensuring that at least 30% of turnover comes from new business.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Head of Commercial, you’ll:

Take full ownership of the sales pipeline:
- Outbound: Execute thoughtful, personalised, and creative strategies to build a pipeline of new customers who have not yet interacted with Odin.
- Inbound: Qualify leads and accelerate top prospects to Customer Success for onboarding.
- Community: Build authentic connections by taking a consultative, relationship-first approach to sales. Represent Odin at all community events and become the face of the company within the ecosystem.
- GTM Operations: Implement a repeatable and systematic framework to manage sales collateral (e.g. one-pagers, email/call structures) and engagement automation while also maintaining impeccable CRM data hygiene.
- Data: Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to set clear performance metrics and ensure the company stays on target. Continuously assess and adjust strategies to improve lead quality.
- New Product Launches: Craft product positioning and execute our outbound strategy for new products while building a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Frontline Feedback: Based on your interactions with prospects and customers, you will provide feedback to other teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to help us improve our content, product features, and customer experience respectively.

Your Background
We recognise that the ideal background could come from various profiles. You could be a VC, a founder, an operator, or a brilliant networker. Maybe you have a track record in business development or partnerships where you’ve built relationships over long cycles—we’re open. What matters most to us is that you meet each of the qualities we're looking for.
Your Experience
Must-Have
- You love building long-term relationships with this target audience (founders, investors - extremely interesting people).
- Have experience working in high-growth environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Nice-to-Have
- Pre-existing network and understanding of the VC ecosystem.
- Experience running deals independently or having worked in a VC environment.
Why you might not be a fit:
- You prefer transactional sales over long-term relationship-building.
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and prefer a rigid structure rather than a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- You're not willing to get hands-on with various tasks outside of sales, such as community building or event participation.
- You’re not motivated by challenging growth targets or working in a high-growth environment.
- You're not proactive in seeking out opportunities or contributing ideas to improve processes and strategies.
Salary
The salary band for this role is £50k - £70k base, with £100k OTE, plus equity options. While this range may seem wide, it reflects our flexibility in considering where your experience falls within our framework.
Your Location
You must be based in London, as this role involves regular in-person time with our customers and community. While we offer flexibility and remote working, candidates must be available for meetings and events in London. If that doesn't excite you, this role may not be the right fit.
